We have been accepted!

After three years of trying, HelenOS has been finally accepted as a mentoring organization for Google Summer of Code 2011. Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!

Congratulations!
Microkernel is modern degisn. I am very interested in it. I guess HelenOS is similar to GNU Hurd in some aspects
Wish to know it more deeply!

Yes, with some level of simplification, you can say that HelenOS, Hurd and MINIX 3 are very similar. What unites them is the multiserver architecture. The difference is that HelenOS is not POSIX-compatible so it does not have that many applications. The latter two are i386-specific, so they are not that portable.
